Some things have changed...

     Things have changed quite a bit since my Grandfather started Pensacola's first pest control company -John Paul Jones Exterminator- in 1937.
     You're not likely to catch an old Jeep pulling a bunch of Boy Scouts around Camp Big Heart. You'd be a little hard pressed to even find Camp Big Heart for that matter (Camp Big Heart was located on Santa Rosa Sound, just East of Gulf Breeze).
     The Pest Control Industry itself has advanced far beyond anything my Grandad could have imagined, I'm sure. With the equipment, products and information available today, the pest control industry is far safer and more effective than it was in his day.
     However, there is one part of the business that hasn’t changed all that much.
     People still want Quality and Value, as well as for the business to remember that THEY are the CUSTOMER.
